(Ahlul Bayt News Agency) - Sheikh Nafez Azzam, a member of the Political Bureau of the Islamic Jihad Movement in Palestine, considered the angry protests over the American film offending the Prophet Muhammed as a warning to the Israeli continuing attacks on al-Aqsa mosque.
The Arabs and Muslims' reaction over the offenses to their Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him, is not new, but it should be guided and directed, he said.
Facing the Israeli challenges imposed on us needs serious programs and an Islamic Arab coalition, Azzam said, expressing his regret that the issue remains confined to the popular reactions.
The Muslim people were always against the Israeli-American project, but their governments' position was previously different, Sheikh Azzam said, expressing his hope that their position will change with the Arab spring.
